Hunting above the arctic circle

  • Short Description: The forest in the far north of Scandinavia is where we have
our hunting grounds. Here the animals grow big under the
24 hours of sun during summer months, and only the fittest
survives the harsh winter, this makes for a strong population
of big game. We have a rich culture around hunting and on
Kengis Bruk you can experience bird hunting with spits dogs
or pointing dogs. Moose hunting on your own with a guide
and a dog, or why not join a local group of hunters together
with some friends and experience the hunt as we practise it.
We can also offer the opportunity to hunt the white hare or
forest birds during our coldest winter months, when the
snow is waste deep and the forest is silent. And last but not
least, with the mind of one man and the strength of ten, the
biggest challenge is to try and get the illusive bear; we give
you a good chance whit a skilled guide and dog. Our private
hunting ground stretches for approximately 35’000acres
through deep forests, wetlands, hills and river valleys and
we would like to welcome you to take part in one of our
    biggest passions.
